Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

• Physical products: Contact us for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final. If you experience a technical issue with a download, please contact us for assistance.
• Gift cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
