Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to run the shop and ministry. That includes:

• When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and the items you bought. You enter these on our payment provider's secure checkout page.
• Payment details: your card information goes directly to Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you join our newsletter: your email address.
• When you contact us: your name, email address, order number (if you give one), and your message.
• Technical information: like any website, our hosting provider automatically records basic request information such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

We do not offer customer accounts, so we never collect usernames or passwords from shoppers.

How We Use Your Information

• Processing, printing, and shipping your orders
• Responding to your questions and order issues
• Sending our email newsletter, only if you signed up for it
• Preventing fraud and keeping the website secure

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services That Receive Your Information

We rely on a few trusted companies to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:

• Stripe processes payments and emails your receipt. It receives your payment details, name, email, phone number, and addresses.
• Printify and its print partners make and ship your order. They receive your name, shipping address, email, and phone number, and Printify emails your shipping confirmation.
• MailerLite sends our newsletter. It receives your email address if you subscribe.
• Web3Forms delivers messages from our contact form to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts the website and its database.
• Google Fonts and YouTube provide the site's fonts and embedded videos. Your browser connects to them directly when those load. Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode.

Each of these companies handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & Browser Storage

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser's storage so it's still there when you come back; it is never sent to us until you check out. MailerLite's script, which powers our newsletter sign-up, may set its own cookies. You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings.

Email Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you devotionals, product updates, and news from A Love For Jesus. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order records are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and legal compliance.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Request a portable copy of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
